Enchanted Learning is terrific! Explore the site to see if the activities are suitable for your students. I think it is well worth the $20.00 membership fee to have year long access to many extra activities and ad free printing.
SymbolWorld.org- A FREE website for symbol readers. You will love this site.
Remedia is a publishing company that specializes in age appropriate remedial workbooks. I think they not only have very useful reproducible materials that you can order, but they also offer pages that you can sample, to see if they will be appropriate for your students' levels.
A to Z Teacher Stuff is teacher-created, and designed to help teachers find online resources more quickly and easily. We offer lesson plans, thematic units, teacher tips, teacher discussion forums, downloadable teaching materials, printable pages, themes, and more.
Linguisystems- a publishing company that has a vast array of products for teaching students with autism and special needs. They also offer sample pages from each product that will give you a good notion as to whether the product is going to work for you.
PCI Educational Publishing is a publisher of comprehensive instructional materials for several markets. These include early learning, elementary regular education, elementary special education, secondary special education, and at-risk academics.

Widgit Software - Masses of FREE symbol supported learning materials, symbol stories and support for communication and language.
SEN Teacher Resources - Resources, free ware downloads, links and documents for those involved in the education of pupils with severe learning difficulties, autism and other developmental disabilities. The Printed Material section now has over a hundred activities to print out many of which are based on random, reusable content. Most of the activities have an early numeracy focus and some may also be of use to Primary Educators. His math worksheet generator is beautifully presented and produces clear worksheets with good separation between problems.
The Pre-School Zone- Resources for Early Childhood Education. There are many teaching ideas organized by theme. It also contains downloadable files for use with Boardmaker, Intellitools programs and overlays ready made for the Voice in the Box.
Pre-School Printables - This site has nice folder games.
Picture Me Reading - a visual-conceptual method of teaching the ABCs and 220 high frequency sight words (also known as "the Dolch words"). Unique pictorial cues are embedded in words and letters, and an auditory cue (a sentence) for each enables "right brain" learners, dyslexic, developmentally delayed, and young children to memorize these critical (often non-phonetic) words.
Do 2 Learn -activities to help children and adults with special learning needs, including basic language and daily living skills. A treasure trove of free picture cards and learning helpers. There are fees for schedule-makers and sundries.
abcteach - the Teaching Extras page is really useful for special education teachers with A-Z, numbers, Dolch words, and emotion flash cards to print. There are lovely center signs and a nifty zoo field trip check list! There is a membership fee for extra materials.
Mayer-Johnson, Inc. - Boardmaker fans will love everything here. You don't have Boardmaker??? In the Instructional Books Section, the Hands-on Reading Series is great for younger students.
Intellitools® - a good activity exchange site, if you use this communication hardware and software designed for special needs students.
Kids Fonts - Some useful free tracing and coloring fonts for Mac and PC to help you make you own worksheets.
Jan Brett - the author has a lovely site. The coloring pages are somewhat graphically dense for autistic students, but for teachers of younger students, there are beautiful printables for your bulletin boards of numbers, alphabets, and calendars.
Learning Page - Free worksheets and lesson plans for basic skills such as handwriting, money and time-telling. Theme sheets for Dinosaurs, Insects, Space, and Zoo Animals. The curriculum is designed for preschool, K, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade students. Membership is free and it's easy to sign up. You're going to love this site!
